Absolutely awful. They are a huge scam. Do NOT use this business. They show up with zero notice or they claim they were there to service with zero proof. And reading all their responses to negative reviews its obvious they do not care at all. What kind of business responds to reviews in a ***** way? BYE

You cancelled the general pest control services late last year, but had paid for the termite stations through July of this year. There's an annual charge for the termite stations. You made it clear that you wanted the termites cancelled too, so we cancelled it out. You requested proof of contract on 8/24, and we sent it to you. If you don't want the termite stations, then we come and pick them up. We initially thought we had made a good decision by choosing this company and even referred them to two other homes that signed up with them. The first visit seemed promising, although there were still areas that needed attention, which we discussed with them. They assured us they would address these issues upon their return. However, since then, they have missed four appointments. The first general pest control treatment in *** was thorough and effective....I was especially impressed by the effective wasp/hornet treatment..... hence, the single star rating. The second treatment in June, for which I was charged $159.00, was performed by a different technician whose attitude was disinterested and almost resentful...I could see him glare at our outdoor cameras as he quickly walked around the house and garage, spraying only those areas of the foundation where he could see a camera. The people that come out to service my home are often pretty nice except a few. Used them for about 2 years, still had ant issues. Bought some spray from *********** ants are gone. Cancelled my services with them but before doing so a year ago 2022, we did the termite stations in the ground. $2300, then yearly it's $300. Our year was up I wanted to cancel they said okay they'll come remove the stations I said no, I paid for them. Then saw in the contract that I don't own them. By FAR the absolute WORST pest control business, I have ever used. Little over a year ago (July 2022) I gave this business a chance. The young salesman who approached me at my home was quite personable and asked if I'd give them a chance. I already had a pest control service I was quite happy with, but based on the salesman's approach I told him, I'd accept their business. From the very beginning their service was terrible! We apologize that you've had such a negative experience with us. Since our beginning services with you, we've never received any sort of phone call discussing you're being upset with us. You are warrantied for free and it specifically states in the agreement that we focus on the outside for standard services and you can call us to schedule the inside whenever you want. The inside also comes at no charge. The only reason the discount was asked back is because you didn't communicate with us at all on what you wanted or needed.... read more

This company is a huge SCAM. I signed a contract, I saw the contract through for one year, I called in March to cancel the services because it was time to tighten the purse strings, and this was on the top of the list. They said they were sorry to see me go and would cancel it. What do you think they did? They showed ** in May when I wasn't home and sprayed and charged me for it. They just showed up today and walked onto my property and sprayed without knocking on my door first. I called customer service and said we see you ... read more

We apologize for any miscommunication on this. According to our notes when we spoke in March we actually discounted a service for you in May by $40 to help you. With that being said, according to this there wasn't any heads up on when we were coming out in August sent. Dont just dont!!!! I was told a price per service now Im getting random bills. Im sure when I call tomorrow theyll say some c*** The major thing I wanted taking care of is flies and insects! My flies have never been worse. Its like like a **** stockyard in and outside my house. Ive complained 3 times now. They have came out and resprayed. There has been more insects than ever. They have told me some few excuses it takes time/ the product works a certain way and my favorite well your trash can is dirty and behind your toilet ... read more

Flies feed on decaying matter and often only live a matter of days. The Moxie Pest Control team in ********* and ********, ** uses aggressive and deceptive door-to-door sales strategies. These have included ignoring "no soliciting" signs, talking loudly about how the "spiders are out of control" in an attempt to scare me into buying the service, and then trying to buy credibility by saying a random neighbor uses the service. I chose my current pest control service because they offered good prices, a good product, and non-intrusive customer interactions.

Well, seeing as their promise to me, when I hired them as my pest control servicer was that "They get rid of and keep my pests gone," but yet they failed to "keep them gone" as they promised, I fired them! Because shortly after the service they performed in April 2023, if they really did their job that time, it was as if they had never came out because I not only had and have ants all over my yard still, I have several different kinds scattered throughout my yard and seeming to thrive! ??
