Did not arrive until almost 5:30 p.m.. The actual amount of time doing any actual work was hardly more that ten minutes. Just walked around for a few minutes with a duster sweeping for spiderwebs. Then just just a few minutes with a hand held spreader. Charged full price for for just that. UNBELIEVABLE !!! The previous time, it was raining and the service could ne be completed. Still charged full price. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!
After a couple of treatments for my cockroach problem with zero affect, I cancelled the service. I was then hit with a large cancellation fee. When I complained, I was told TS, I should have read the contract more closely.
Do not trust this company! What their sales rep tells you is different from what their written terms are. Their first service is $99 and if you cancel after the first service the rep told me they would have to charge you an additional fee of $200, which I get, otherwise people would only get the first service for a discounted price. But, after 3 services, with additional services being $169 each, they still charge you the additional $200 for cancelling. Even though the sales rep told me that you can cancel at anytime. Appreciated the speed of the service. It only took the technician a few minutes. Also, the type of chemical used is rated as most effective against stink bugs.

Joshua's pest control came out and sprayed for box elder bugs. Well the box elder bugs are as healthy as ever . What they did kill were the bees , and chased away the birds , which we had over 30 birds that would come to our feeders ,now they are all gone. I am so mad that I let them spray my property. As others have said this company is a SCAM !

If zero starts were an option that is what this business would receive. I was about to contact pest control for an ant problem and they stopped by my house with a special so I said sure. Got my first treatment Aug 19. Didnt see a lot of improvement and the guy that came to spray was rather rude but I brushed it off to him having a bad day. I was going to cancel my service. I think people should stay away from MOXIIE Pest exterminators. I had person knock on my door about pest control they said I could cancel if not satisfied, decided to give them a try after 1 service I decided to cancel because they constantly hounding with calls and texts about other services. I wasn't satisfied with their services and called to cancel but then got charged for annual fee $439. Representative were non apologetic and non responsive about reversing the charge. My husband and I have recently moved into our new house. I had a salesman approach my front door and I was reluctant to answer as i'm new to the area. He said he was with Joshua's Pest Control and that they're offering a "promo" for $99. I do have to say I have never come across a more pushy salesman in my life. Yes, it is standard that if you don't finish the year we ask back the discount from the 1st service. You can cancel anytime and not have to finish out the five services. We also make it a point to immediately email you the agreement, which is a single page long.With all that being said, we often will work with people if there's miscommunication or circumstances that don't allow you to finish the agreement. We recently canceled our service with Joshua's Pest Control.We have three very friendly, but very poorly behaved dogs. So we made sure that every visit would be accompanied by a warning text or call, at least a few minutes before. That way we can get the dogs put away where they won't cause a huge scene.
