Chiseled my natural nails down to the meat that left bruises. Excessive drilling was uncalled for. No need to set an appointment because I did and didn’t end up being seen until 2 hours later. Overbooking is so unprofessional and an apology or discount wasn’t provided. I should’ve known after the first appointment when she arrived 30 mins late. Never again.
