Update: PMI southeast purchased Moxie, went ahead with an eviction and lost. Backstory: when we moved into our apartment, we paid $1050 because it was not in the best shape. Wow lost of unhappy customers I see! And adding myself to that list.. it’s been two months since I moved out and I still haven’t received my security deposit. They also never followed through on maintenance orders I asked for.
