As I was downsizing and looking for a rental I was lucky enough to have found a house in Mystic to rent through Moxie Management. I wanted to rent until I found a house to purchase. It’s a bird! It’s a plane! NO it’s the ceiling FALLING DOWN! Please see photos below . 200 Montauk ave Apt 2B new London CT, Managed by Moxie Managment. Unfortunately We were not able to stay the remainder of our lease. Moving out of the space end of March of 2025 in a HURRY! It was suprising to see the already rented the unit In less than a month after. Specifically around April 18 the listing was removed. If I could give a zero I would....the management says one thing only to be slap in the face a day or so saying a whole different story. If they have to run everything by the landlord first then don't come up with all these ideas make it look like it's looking up only for it to fall back down. Most of the time management says they would call us back NEVER did always had to call them back. Had to replace so much stuff and still didn't get everything when at first we was told they would rent us a U-Haul for us to go and move it... read more
