Wow lost of unhappy customers I see! And adding myself to that list.. it’s been two months since I moved out and I still haven’t received my security deposit. They also never followed through on maintenance orders I asked for.
Backstory: when we moved into our apartment, we paid $1050 because it was not in the best shape. The bedroom doors upstairs broken, closet doors unattached, cracks in the tile, holes in the ceiling and wall my fiancee patched up, broken blinds, stains and cracks on the walls and floors, ets We cleaned and fixed what we could without breaking the bank, as part of the deal for getting it cheaper was we rented it "as is". As I was downsizing and looking for a rental I was lucky enough to have found a house in Mystic to rent through Moxie Management. I wanted to rent until I found a house to purchase. Unfortunately We were not able to stay the remainder of our lease. Moving out of the space end of March of 2025 in a HURRY!
