Left message, and detailed text, no response. Called when they are supposed to be available, got voice mail.
Excellent customer service. Joe took his time to explain and set us up to eradicate our vole and gofer problem. We have used other pest control companies in the past and they just want to come, lay bait down and leave. Joe was thorough and treated our property with carbon monoxide and bait stations with a follow up to come in two weeks. I am encouraged with his knowledge and expertise, that we may be able to get our problem under control.
They have taken care of our lawn and pest for the last five years. We appreciate their listening to and taking care of our concerns. They show a professional and friendly manner. We appreciate the service they have given our home.
I wanted them to also service the inside of the home, but apparently they did not communicate this to the technician. Just did the outside for $79 for 15 minutes of work and put the bill in the outside screen door. I was home and they knew this. I'll do it myself, from now on, or get someone else.
