HEY MOXIE WHATS UP? I’m having problems every day they say they can’t hear in the speaker they ask for me to say the order three times instead of just grabbing a cup and writing what we want on it as we order it getting the wrong orders and yesterday it literally took 10 minutes to get three drinks. I went into Moxie Java a month ago and I ordered a matcha drink. The matcha came and it was white LOL for anyone that's ever had matcha it's not White. I brought it up to the lady and said hey I can't even taste matcha and matcha should be green. She got her boss or whoever made the matcha and told her what I said and the lady came out and was super rude. She said well what do you want some more matcha? I requested for a large 24 ounce iced infused rebel which I get every single time I come to Moxie. The last two times I have came they have told me that I cannot get a 24 ounce ice infused rebel it has to be a 16 ounce… super crappy
