I agree with the below reviews. The company took good faith $2500 deposit which was fully refundable and I met all the timely guidelines and they never gave it back to me.
Just saw their reply. Just full of lies and they called me threatening me with lawsuit for an honest review. I got documents and phone records proofing all their lies.
I was recently looking into buying a business and reached out to Jerry Marlow at Mox business brokers and throu many phone conversations and meeting with Jerry he was able to provide me with so much information and point me in the right direction. I never was involved in any type of business dealings and I must admit that without the help of Jerry and his firm I wouldn’t be in the position I am today. Beware of doing business with this brokerage. They took a $2,500 good faith deposit from me and deposited into their company account, which was illegal (my attorney informed me afterward). When the transaction didn't go through, the brokerage refuse to return the deposit. The agent assured me it was suppose to be returned, however the owner keep finding excuses not to. The agent ended up resigning due to the unethical practice of the company.
