shoes! Moxie is a must visit for any shoe-a-holic. They carry a great selection of boutique and comfort lines for everything from business to evening -- all with a style that Boston has been lacking.
Smaal but Stylish Love the style and selection of shoes and accessories that Moxie has to offer. Charles St lacked a high end shoe and accessory store, but Moxie fits the bill for fashion and comfort. Wonderful to finally have a shoe store I can count on in Boston. Shoes! Moxie is an excellent destination for the latest trends in shoes for women. Though it has only been on Charles street for the past four years, it's hard to imagine life in Boston without this store. Located central to the city, this is the perfect store for fashionista's feet accessories. Sales people are friendly and prices are fair. PROS: Excellent shoes CONS: No parking
Bad Customer Service – I bought a pair of sandals at Moxie that are the most uncomfortable sandals I have ever owned. I wore them once and discovered that the leather was so hard it rubbed against the side of my foot creating a blister after about 6 blocks. I returned them but was told, "sandals fits everyone differently." Would not even give me a store refund. Asked for the manager to call me which never happened. They do not stand behiing their product and would not buy another pair of shoes from Moxie.
The BEST selection of CUTE shoes!!! – Moxie is a definite it-shop in Boston -- their selection of boutique brands and CUTE(!) shoes is top-notch and the friendly & helpful staff has gone out of their way to help me with special requests on several occasions. THE place to stock up on heels! XOXO
Love The Selection – I was strolling along Charles Street and dropped into Moxie. Nice store. They have a very friendly staff who let you look, touch and try on without bothering you. The selection is different than alot of other stores in the area. I bought a nice, comfortable pair of shoes for a reasonable price. Their customer service was excellent. Return policy, same as everywhere else. Recommended.
good shoes – The shoes that Moxie (located at 51 Charles St.) sells are nice but expensive - watch your wallet! Also, not too many casual shoes, mostly dressy.
