Updating to a 3 star wasn't happy with haircut (probably new stylist) wasn't happy with responsiveness of call back, but they did ultimately make it right by refunding me. I do have wavy hair that is sometimes challenging but I let them know that upfront.
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent haircut at your salon. While I truly appreciated your staff's friendly and welcoming demeanor, I must express some disappointment with the haircut itself, which leads me to rate my experience as three stars. Haircut was at least inch longer on one side and not what I asked for. They had me come back in and 2nd time looked worse, stray hairs longer than others, a mess. I had to go out of town and didn't want to leave house, explained when I called back, didn't get call back for days until it was too late. By then I had gotten another haircut somewhere else so paid $200 and had 3 haircut appts. Called in again 2x to ask for at least partial refund.
