We had a viewing scheduled for 10am for this building and at 10am we were called by the building manager to reschedule due to double booking. After confirming with him that we were still doing the viewing, we waited for 40 minutes without anyone showing up, we called back to find out no one was coming and they wanted us to wait another 30 minutes. This is absolutely disrespectful of our time and completely unacceptable for a building manager.
It is an old building with character that takes my imagination back to other times! The apartments have finishes from other times, with wooden floors and spaces in which modern apartments would try to accommodate 2 or 3 apartments squeezed together. The apartment that Tonny, the new manager, showed me is beautiful and huge! In addition, the staff was super friendly with us. Thanks Tonny for helping us, we have already sent our application.
