Mark told me that it would cost over $500 to repair our Cub Cadet snowblower; that it needed a new carb and some internal part. I said no thanks and ended up paying $50 for the diagnostic. I replaced the carb myself for $13 and it runs and blows snow like new. I HIGHLY do not recommend MowTown for anything!
Mark told me that my Arien’s mower was not worth repairing and it was junk, when I received my estimate for repair.... but it seems it is not junk at all......brought to a small engine shop in town and it’s now running like new.... for less than $90 ... with this said I would never recommend mow-town for service work
Just started using this company. Had an issue with my Ariens snow blower. Called to make an appointment for pick up and service. Very courteous and professional on phone. Pick up was quick. Got it back quickly and it ran great. Price was good and easy to take. Found them to be very knowledgeable. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
Very quick service on pick up and repairs. Reasonable priced. Customer satisfaction appears to be a very top priority for them. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
