Dr. Raoul Shah is very professional and caring individual. Perfomance excellence is observed in appointment time, appointment reminder, making one feel welcome prior to a office visit and treatment. Dr. Shah is the best. He is highly skilled, professional, cheerful and fabulous person, with 100% enthusiam and absolutely wonderful service, way exceeding my expectations! Other than his enthusiam and attention to detail, I also need to give 5 stars to his gentleness at work. The receptionists are polite and very friendly as well.
