We have a service contract and they refuse to fix issues always coming up with excuses why the service or repair isn’t covered. Do not install Mowery elevators. Horrible equipment.

We are a blessed facility who can boast many good techs and vendors. None, however, hold a candle to Mr. Luis. This young man reminds me of my grandfather's generation. His work ethic and integrity are second to none. Luis is a young husband, father and community leader. There is never a time he shows up in our office that we are not delighted to see him or grateful for is superb care of our two elevators. This is the worst company. Still the worst. Most of Sunday with no elavator in a 55 and over building.
