Been trying to get service on Mowroy elevator. Called no less than 15 times over a month and Chris their service rep for this area has made two appointments to come never has. Called company rep said would have VP call me never has. Decided to try and fix it myself. I put in 4 new capacitors abd two new belts just to be proactive. It now runs however still needs attention. Worst service ever...
