I live in a condo with 1 elevator. Two years ago our elevator was replaced. Since then the elevator stops working at least 4 times a week. Now it’s out every day. Mowry sends someone out and “fixes “ it but it stops working a few hours later . We paid a lot of money but the elevator never works.
I have lived in a big building serviced by this company for over 10 years they are the worse. There techs usually young looking guys that are on personal calls or texting I don’t know if they are consulting an how to manual . However they fix it they drive away and within the hour it out of service it continues over. And over again. They are the embodiment of the movie Ground Hog Day.
Amazing company was prompt and efficient.
