Great guys. The cleaning up of my messy areas left by previous homeowner exceeded expectations. I told them what I would like done and the completed work was fantastic. Will hire them to add flowers, shrubs, and anything else needed in the spring.
Norm is the best!! He made sure we were satisfied and even came back to fix a little problem. He trimmed our apple tree, it looks great! He is why we went with this company!!
Norm was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would - which was a plus. I liked the landscaping, but after it was done, I felt it lacked something and had to order more plants. It would have been perfect had I been shown multiple options prior. I don't know much about plants, so had to rely on recommendations - and I thought that it was a bit pricey for what I ended up getting. The guys worked hard non-stop all day, except for lunch, trimming many shrubs that have been neglected for many years in our new house. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. I will be calling them again.
They had the wrong work order with them. They were supposed to just pull them out with chain. So they wait till next day to get kid to dig out to pull out with chain. They were also to put in 2 pop up drains! My husband had the materials he wanted used. But the lead man didn't know but one way to do pop up drains and it wasn't my husbands. I had windows open and heard his complaints for half a day & called my husband to come home from work to deal with them. They had to remove part of concrete slab that was cracked. Great customer service. Job was very professionally done. The clean up after the job was done was exceptional.
I was very pleased with this company's efficiency and professionalism. The job was completed in one day and the outcome was beautiful. Norm the project manager and the working crew were personable and kept me inform the whole time. I highly recommend them to anyone that likes a job well done.
