Stay away from them. I did a mistake of buying one from them. First it was delivered almost 2 weeks later, then i had to work to take it out of the crate to only find out that it doesn't start. Called customer service numerous times and finally was asked to take it to a nearby dealer. So now I had to pay $40 for it to towed away and get it fixed. I bought my last mower from home depot and got the white glover service. they delivered the mower completely assembled and ever showed me how to use it. I had to watch online videos... read more
Rec'd my new mower at a marvelous price, delivered White Glove, and can't wait for the next warm day to fire this bad boy up and do some serious grass mulching and what not. FABULOUS experience working w/ Mr. Gilberto, and highly recommend!
Ordered a Swisher Rough Cut mower. When it arrived, there were a few damaged parts caused by the shipper. Mowers Direct replaced everything that was damaged within days! Would definitely order from Mowers Direct again!
I went with this cheaper model because it was in stock and the sales person assured me it would be delivered in a timely manner. It was "shipped" within days according to their tracking tool. Spent hours calling the delivery company and support. Wasted days waiting for it to find out it was not on the truck. After weeks of not getting anything but the run around I tried to cancel the order. They wanted to charge me hundreds in shipping!!! I asked them how can I ship something I don't even have!
