Dean and team is fabulous to deal with. Have visited the shop multiple times now their advise is honest and upfront.
we bought a new zero turn toro mower here semi recently. the mower itself is great but has needed servicing. everytime we have either had it serviced or tried to have it serviced we have had issues. we have most recently booked the mower in for repair with pick up 3 times we have had no show, no phone call etc just didn’t turn up. we have been trying for months. i have now given up and am looking for someone with customer service to do the work. i won’t be recommending these guys at all.
I was not happy with the service and work ethic of this place. I took my mower in to them for repair about 3-4 months ago and every time I would call to check on the progress of my mower they would tell me the same thing every time “it will be another week.” They finally told me they couldn’t repair it months later and when I went to pick it up I had noticed that the cord on my mower was ripped in half but when I took the mower in 3-4 months ago the cord was fully attached. Absolute thieves, upsold me items and 2/3 more than anywhere else !! Wonder why shops like this won’t last long due to online shopping. Happy to help local but don’t rob locals ……….
