I just purchase a vacuum kit for my BG 71 leaf blower. I bought the leaf blower from them last year. When I got home and opened the box to put it together, I fount that there was a broken tab on the ring. I called them and they said no problem they will order me another one. I went to the store about two hours later to show them. Some young guy behind the counter looked at it and said it’s not under warranty. I said it was like that in the box.
