Called Called Kenney and he and his partner Mark came out same day and installed a new carburetor on my old snow blower and installed new fuel line and got it started. Great service. Easy to work with and both men very nice.
I had a riding mower that wouldn't start. Called Kenny in the morning, and he was here later the same day. On the phone, he explained that a home visit is $100 base price, with additional charges possible depending on what repairs and the time necessary to complete. Kenny and Mark were punctual to fix my Kohler motor and we were unable to duplicate the problem. They did not charge me! Great guys! I plan to use them on all four of my mowers from now on!
Kenny is amazing. He knew the problem with my John Deere over the phone without even looking at it. He saved me hundred of dollars compared to going to the John Deere Dealer. Awesome what more can I say. He is honest and very knowledgeable!!
I have been working with Kenny over the phone troubleshooting this damn Troybilt riding mower. After he suggested I look at fly wheel and starter both were bad. One tooth on flywheel and starter wheel was shot. I have now replaced both. Now he has been helping me with stating problem. He is amazing and helping free over the Phone.... Who does that??? Kenny is amazing thank you!
