I had initially wanted to go to the place I had purchased my mower for service, but they had merged with another company farther away, so I figured I'd give these folks a shot since they were very close. Communication was excellent, everyone I talked to was very friendly, and they picked up/dropped off the mower without issue. I have used this company for more than 20 years. Mowers and tractors need regular maintenance and they have always done a great job. Recently needed my riding mower's carburetor worked on. They picked up the tractor on Monday and returned it Thursday morning and it runs like new. They are responsive, honest and really convenient
Mower Mobile Maintenance is the perfect solution for anyone needing to have their lawn mower tuned up for the mowing season. There is no personal contact needed. Simply leave your mower in the driveway on the day of your appointment. When they arrive they will take it to their mobile truck to perform their 16 point maintenance service. Very disappointed in their communication and for not performing the task I requested. They didn’t perform it the second time I requested it either. I sent an email to them letting them know.
