Well, twice they picked mine up( Craftsman Garden Tractor) and twice it came back with a bad starter gear! Twice. I mean what could they possible do to ruin the starter gear two times in 3 years? So of course they have to take it back and charge me again! You broke it but you are going to charge me to deliver it? Think about this for a moment; is this any way to treat a retired guy?
Great service....Reasonable prices....only complaint is sent Riding mower in & they couldn't find problem now real & I have to send back to be fixed
