Great Honest Service. They didn't try to up charge me or sell me something I didn't need. Glen even took the time to talk me through a potential fix on the phone (when that didn't work) he set up an appiontment to come out. Only 'con' is the time it takes. Had to leave a message w/answering service (that takes down A LOT of info) and then a full day for a return call.
