Well I took my mower in.. Mind you it was running when I took it in.. So I bought the spring that I bought a week earlier. Because that what the first guy that looked at told me.. I could put it on. But I Put stick in to hold chock open so I was able to mow my grass.. Then I bring up there and said I can't get this spring on.. So they put spring on put oil in and Tested it. Tested it means running.. Well I go pick up.. Ralph can Barley start after 10 Pulls it starts.. OK I take home and can't start.. So take it back up there... read more

Business response:
This customer self-diagnosed her mower and ordered a part over the counter. She later returned with the part and the mower telling us the part was too difficult to install and requested for one of our technicians to do the job. We performed the requested service with the provided "over the counter" purchased part on a mower that clearly was in "poor" condition. When the mower didn't run like she thought it should, she demanded her money back. I don't see the logic here.
