The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Horrible service. First, this review is not just based on a one-off mess-up, but a pattern of giving them numerous chances. They are NEVER on time, and we have been changed several times despite NO mowing of grass. In fact, my grass got so long, it looked like a wheat field, so I had to use my weedwhacker in parts. Do not use Mow, Trim, Blow. We signed up and paid for five mosquito barrier treatments in May 2018. We have received one treatment in 14 months. They still have our money and are not following through with the work. You cannot speak to anyone because they ignore website messages and there are no humans to speak to on their customer service line. They have NO customer service. Terrible company.
