Spoke with the crew lead(Gauge) about his professional opinion on what height my yard should be cut at and explained I would prefer it as low as possible without yellowing out the yard or having excessive debris. Anyways, there was someone from that company responding and listening to multiple concerns and assured resolution. great work at a great price
Was supposed to get an estimate 5 days ago. No show, no call. I check in Day 4 and get no apology. Just “I’ll have someone call you.” No one calls. Day 5 I’m told “we will stop by at 5:30 to give estimate and start mowing at the same time if you approve the bid.” Well, no one shows up or calls. No bid. No mow. The worst part about the whole thing is the lies. If you’re too busy or too small of a company to handle a workload, then just tell me! Don’t string people along. Wow.
