MOW-RITE A JOKE I think the people writing good reviews must be related or good friends, because this place does not deserve good reviews! Keith is rude and obnoxious, they got rid of the best mechanic they had (Chris) he was good and honest. They were a rip off big time.
Do Not take your mower here till you read all the reviews! Took my 52" hustler to get service, they called and told me I had a hydro pump that was testing weak so I said lets fix it and asked how much the pump would be. They did not have any instock and would have to order it so I asked that they call and let me know how much the pump was before ordering it. I was expecting around 300 for the pump plus hourly fees etc. Never heard back so I called 2 days later to find out how much the pump would run, they still didn't know, ... read more
worst company in KC I took two mowers to get fixed. It took 3 weeks to get them back and nothing had been done to them. They were worse when I got them back than they were before I took them in to the idiots. If you are smart, you will never go tho those bunch of jerks. I know I never will. Plus they charged me over 600 dollars for nothing. I might just be seeing them in court. NEVER GO THERE!!!
bad work these guys are a joke in the industry. i took my mower to get it serviced and it took over a month. not only was the work not performed, but i had to pay just to get out of there. they are a bunch of crooks in my oponion. i will never go back and lots of people that i have talked to will never go back either. they suck!
superviser the mechanic whom they let go was condiming mowers whicg were fine and tsking them home repairing them and selling them. i was there when he was caught. he the got a job in another and was caught stealing and fired there. he no longer lives in the area. mow-rite has done done the best and fairest price of the shops i've ever visited. in our openion they are the best
commerical thank god they don't work on residental lawnmovers anymore because commerical owners are more appreciative of their services
Mow-Rite Llc is not the place to take your mower I agree Mow-rite will screw you over if they get a chance! They got rid of a good mechanic and kept one that they think is good but is not as good. The old man can be rude as hell also. I had to take my mower somewhere else to get it fixed the right way. I will never go back there and if you are smart you won't either
TROY-BILT took my troy-bilt to mow rite they left parts off did not fix it, put wrong size roll pin on axle instead of factory pin and left off the dust covers from the wheels, over greased axle so pin did not rotate and move wheels, after three attempts and two belts still no self propelled and warranty is now up, took it to another shop and found out it was the transmission and was defective from factory not the belt. now i have to pay for the repair that mow rite should have caught. the self propelled did not work from da... read more
