I needed a new culvert at the end of my driveway and I called Scott to see if his business could help. I can’t say enough good about how my project was handled. Care and professionalism. The end result was excellent!
They do a decent job of mowing when they actually show up, but overall the company is disorganized, unreliable, and very hard to communicate with. I had to fire them after multiple no-shows and broken promises on the part of Scott Braswell, who both overpromises and underdelivers. Calls and messages are generally not returned. Another most excellent job done by Scott and the gang, seeding & aerating our yard yesterday. Always courteous and attentive to my requests, Carolina Outdoor Creations continues to impress. In addition to our weekly grass cutting, they worked on our back yard installing a retaining wall. It looks great, and everything was done according to quote and details. To start… It is never a good feeling to leave anyone or their company a bad review for their services, but I have thought hard on this situation.. and after the experience I’ve had I think it’s fairly warranted. We have had Carolina Outdoor Creations mowing our lawn for the past few years. They have always done a great job at a reasonable price and are always very responsive when I contact them to stop for the winter and restart for spring/summer. We recently had them clean up the landscape beds in front of our house that we let overgrow. I think I unintentionally undersold how much work the job was and they let me know what they needed to do to clean it up properly and still got it all done.
