We have had Carolina Outdoor Creations mowing our lawn for the past few years. They have always done a great job at a reasonable price and are always very responsive when I contact them to stop for the winter and restart for spring/summer. We recently had them clean up the landscape beds in front of our house that we let overgrow. I think I unintentionally undersold how much work the job was and they let me know what they needed to do to clean it up properly and still got it all done. I had some trees installed. One of them failed to leaf out. Eventually after calling multiple times with no answer, I went by their office and Scott agreed to look at the trees. Other trees seem to be taking on the infection, I’ve reached out multiple times and there’s been no answer to phone calls or text messages. I’m still waiting on a return phone call. Take your business elsewhere.
Waiting for chic pies for 30 mins is NOT acceptable!!
