I drove to the Coconut Creeck location this summer but nobody was in the office when i stopped there. My experience with my scooter is been great. My wife and I do boat cruises and my scooter takes me all the way to all decks on the boat (Utopia) I get a lot of compliments from passengers as well as crew members. We love it as it is so easy to transport from our car to anywhere we go. It is like having a BMW! I highly recommend an Otto scooter to every person with mobility issues.

The scooter I have is the classic one. It is convenient yet for someone disabled, cumbersome. It's heavy and there are a lot of steps to breaking it down and setting it up but it will fit into a car. It's relatively easier than most scooters. It is also easier to use where as there is no break to crank back to stop it, and it won't slid when on an incline when stopped. It it a bit unstable because it only has 3 wheels. The customer service was horrendous however. They started off great when I had a to get it repaired the f... read more

I love my scooter but I feel like the service on warranty stinks. As an older person I need to know and maintain my scooter. I questioned a wobble since day 1. Service tech in Florida reaches out then vanishes when I send evidence. Otherwise my scooter would be a 5 star but I am afraid it will not last two years. Plus airlines are not receptive at all and placing it in gate pick up I fear damage.

I bought the Atto Sport 2 years ago. I live full time in my RV. When the salesperson came to sell me the scooter, he saw my lids style. He even put the scooter in my bay for me, to show me it would fit. I began to have issues from day one, with the open of the scooter. The salesperson used WD 40 to help me. This lasted about 1 month and then it happened. I bought an extended warranty and they had me return it. The replacement scooter had the same issues. Returned the scooter again and they had to replace the entire back of t... read more

I have Kennedy's disease, a neuromuscular condition that keeps me from walking more than about 200 yards. Up until a few years ago I was very active, and without my scooter my quality of life would be greatly diminished. Thanks to my ATTO scooter, I am still able to live a full and independent life. I keep the scooter in the back of my SUV, and because it easily splits into two pieces, I can single-handedly lift and store it in my car. For short distances I use my cane, but for longer distances I just unload each piece, put... read more
