Maggie gave up a couple of hours of her Labor Day holiday to show my husband and I a property that had just put up a sign and was not even listed on the MLS yet! I have had my eye on this property for years. She contacted the listing agent and arranged for access to the house and pointed out all the issues she saw as well as the fine attributes. Even though my plan to sell is three years in the future so there was no immediate payoff for her time Maggie did a thorough walk-through of my 3-story 136-year-old home pointing out things that could be deal breakers if not attended to and advising me on the best way to.prepare the house for sale.
