When talking to my therapist, I found myself constantly repeating myself across sessions which leads me to believe that he was not taking notes or just didn't care about my treatment. Furthermore, the tools he suggested I use did not take into account my pre-existing condition even though I told him about it at the very beginning of the first session I had with him. And finally, when I asked to see another therapist, he said he would ask his colleagues and get back to me but never did.
