DO NOT USE THEM! They are far from professional and do not take responsibility for anything. They showed up over 2 hours late, caused extensive water damage at my new condo due to improper hook up of washer, failed to take responsibility for any of it and also broke my laser printer and lost the AC cord to my treadmill. Despite promising to make things right, I have received NOTHING.

Our experience for a local move was not great. The movers wouldn't follow our directions on what to load up and what to leave behind (spending time and space taking small boxes we planned to move by car versus the larger items like we were more worried about), took an unplanned hour break in the middle of our two and a half hour move, complained about where we put items in the new house (what went to the garage versus inside the house or left outside), and were vulgar on the phone when answering calls while in our home with ... read more
