This was my first time using this moving company. I’ll definitely use them again in the future and I’ll refer people I know. My experience was great from start to finish. The communication was exceptional and Lace did a great job working with me and helping me plan accordingly within my budget. The gentleman sent out to help with the move were punctual about time and extremely professional. I normally don’t do reviews but my move worked out perfectly. I highly recommend using Moving Fellows Portland.
Horribly loaded our belongings and we are still finding items damaged. Claims have been filed but we cannot get the company to even email us back to discus the way the truck was loaded. Nothing was wrapped even though we had provided packing material. Practically everything not in a box has some form of damage. The movers were tired to begin with, after being 4.5 hours late. This is my second time hiring Moving Fellows. Absolutely out of this world company. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. My movers today were Randall and Anthony. What a great pair! They were kind, fast, professional and helpful. If you're moving, put your mind at ease and chose moving fellows. Ask for Randall and Anthony!
The movers arrived on time and moved everything quickly and efficiently. Thinno, Antonio, and Brandon handled all items with care. Highly recommend Moving Fellows!
DO NOT HIRE MOVING FELLOWS!!! I had the unfortunate experience of hiring moving fellows and I truly wish I would have gone with any other moving company. First of all I was quoted $450 for my move which included 1 moving truck and 2 movers. I was only moving .5 mile down the street and from a small apartment. The estimate accounted for the movers and 3 hours of move time. Without any notice or explanation 3 movers showed up with the truck causing the price of my move to jump to $730.
