Top layer of roof pulled off. No protective tarping was put on roof. It rained heavily that night causing water damage. Water damage only remedied by dehumidifier machines. Cosmetic damage not offered to be repaired. After tarp installed it rained again and again water came in to the house. Before new layer of roofing put on, SDR informed me that the wood sheet below the top layer of shingles (even though structurally fine) needed to be completely replaced as it was not nailed to code.
