Our property manager Sasha does an awesome job. She's always on top of things when we need something done. Always has timely responses and genuinely cares about my family's home being a place where we are happy to be. MoveZen has proven to be a good choice every step of the way so far.
I’ve had a great experience working with my property manager, Sasha. Recently, she handled a complicated dishwasher issue for one of my tenants, and she stayed on top of it from start to finish. She communicated clearly, coordinated repairs, and made sure the tenant was taken care of without unnecessary stress on my end. I really appreciate her diligence, professionalism, and follow-through. Highly recommend.

Sasha is a joy to work with! She was a great help in resolving a difficult issue of getting a new refrigerator to a tenant. She persevered with me, helping me solve the problem from beginning to end, (which involved 4 separate delivery dates!) Even when the issue was resolved with the tenant, she went the extra mile in helping me wrap up loose ends on my end. I highly recommend Sasha and MoveZen to anyone on either side of the rental program! Thank you, Sasha, for going above and beyond.
