We have been using Victory Properties for a year and a half now and they have been great to work with. Cat is our account manager and she has been fantastic. They manage our first (and only) rental property so we had a ton of questions during the process; Cat was super helpful in answering those and helping us be ready. She continues to be a great resource for us and for the tenants, and is always available when needed. Thank you!
Cat is so wonderful to work with! She helped my roommate and I find a house to rent that suits us very well. She is responsive and kind. Doug, the maintenance contractor worker, is also very kind and helpful. Victory Property Management also sends out a reminder email to pay rent, which is nice, as some management companies do not do so and then collect late fees from residents who forget. I would recommend Cat to help anyone who is looking to rent in Raleigh
