We lived there for 1 year and 10 months, it worked out great for us. My granddaughter and I shared the house, along with her son, that is 3 now. We purchased a house recently because my granddaughter was expecting her 2nd baby. When we paid August rent payment, we gave a 90 day notice we would be moving out at the end of our lease 10/30/26. Sasha made our move-in experience super seamless! We were able to get our utilities set up very easily and she was very friendly and patient in answering all our questions. Before moving in we discovered the doorbell was malfunctioning and making a loud continuous buzzing noise, and asked it be fixed before we spent our first night there.
