Sasha from MoveZen is an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. She answers all of the questions I have thoroughly and promptly. If there is ever a problem, Sasha is who you want supporting you. She helps all parties involved to give the best experience to the customer.
Initially getting ahold of someone at MoveZen is difficult because of the automated directory loops. Once I reached someone, they put me in touch with the property manager for the house I wanted, and from then on my experience was very smooth! Katie was a pleasure to work with, she was quick to respond and answered all my questions. The application process and move in was easy and efficient. We’re now in the rental house and absolutely love it. Thanks to Katie for a quick and painless process.
Shasha with Movezen’s has been very helpful throughout my move. She has texted me many times to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. There were a few issues with the house that I wrote on the move in inspection sheet and she has followed up on everything and sent repair people by to fix them. I think that she did more than her job required
