I highly recommend Victory Property if you’re looking for someone to take care of your place. We switched over management companies a few years ago to have Victory handle our rental property and to this day was the best decision we’ve made. We have had a fantastic experience with MoveZen! They have an easy-to-use online portal/app, and we can personally contact the property manager any time. Our manager Katie has been particularly awesome, accommodating maintenance requests, questions, and any other need so promptly and kindly. I would highly recommend renting through MoveZen!
The process with MoveZen was way easier than I anticipated. In the past, I had rented from a private landlord for almost 11 years so transitioning to an actual property management company was a little scary for me. However, Katie has been a dream! Prompt responses during the application process and that still applies even now that we are comfortable in our home. I'm loving it here! ❣️
We have been using Victory Properties for a year and a half now and they have been great to work with. Cat is our account manager and she has been fantastic.
