Sasha made our move-in experience super seamless! We were able to get our utilities set up very easily and she was very friendly and patient in answering all our questions. Before moving in we discovered the doorbell was malfunctioning and making a loud continuous buzzing noise, and asked it be fixed before we spent our first night there. Sasha is a joy to work with! She was a great help in resolving a difficult issue of getting a new refrigerator to a tenant. She persevered with me, helping me solve the problem from beginning to end, (which involved 4 separate delivery dates!) Even when the issue was resolved with the tenant, she went the extra mile in helping me wrap up loose ends on my end. I highly recommend Sasha and MoveZen to anyone on either side of the rental program! Thank you, Sasha, for going above and beyond.

I’ve had a great experience working with my property manager, Sasha. Recently, she handled a complicated dishwasher issue for one of my tenants, and she stayed on top of it from start to finish. She communicated clearly, coordinated repairs, and made sure the tenant was taken care of without unnecessary stress on my end. I really appreciate her diligence, professionalism, and follow-through. This review is for our representative for this company Sasha she is amazing we had a few issues with our home. Heater motor went out she was on the ball not stopping until it was repaired one vendor couldn't get it for a few days she found us one that workd fix it that night. We had to get a new dishwasher and she had issues with Lowes and getting it to us she was on the phones fighting for it to get to us sooner than later it arrives she got a great vendor to put it in but Lowes forgot the installation kit which was on the ... read more
