I highly recommend Victory Property if you’re looking for someone to take care of your place. We switched over management companies a few years ago to have Victory handle our rental property and to this day was the best decision we’ve made. We have been using Victory Properties for a year and a half now and they have been great to work with. Cat is our account manager and she has been fantastic. They manage our first (and only) rental property so we had a ton of questions during the process; Cat was super helpful in answering those and helping us be ready. We began renting with Victory about two years ago and were very happy. We were a little nervous when MoveZen took over - but again- couldnt be happier. Katie is super nice, professional and usually gets back to us right away when we have a question or need addressed. Just recently- the oven upper element caught fire and actually melted(
Cat is so wonderful to work with! She helped my roommate and I find a house to rent that suits us very well. She is responsive and kind. Doug, the maintenance contractor worker, is also very kind and helpful. Victory Property Management also sends out a reminder email to pay rent, which is nice, as some management companies do not do so and then collect late fees from residents who forget. I would recommend Cat to help anyone who is looking to rent in Raleigh
