Be cautious of unreliable rental pricing advice. Our experience with Move Zen was disappointing, particularly due to the confrontational behavior of June Harris, who became confrontational when we simply asked whether their suggested price for our unit considered the neighborhood's amenities. I’ve been renting since 2023 and I have never had a problem. Anytime I ever need maintenance it is always prompt and the maintenance men are always nice and respectful. Katie is so sweet and I enjoy renting from them.
We had a very short amount of time to find a new home and get moved in. Katie Shuler was so terrific, she helped us with problems on application, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I don’t think we could have had a better person to understand our needs and situation and get us the right home for our family. Katie responds to questions or requests very quickly, you have a great representative for your company!
