Been working with Movezen for about 6 years and never had an issue. I understand the rental process can be complex. That is why I trust and rely on move zen. Ralph, Katie and Erika Daniels are very professional and great to work with. Erika is very responsive not just with owners but with tenants too. We have been able to take care of most repairs in under 24 hours. Except for the one that had an hoa involved but that’s a story for another time.

Katie was incredibly helpful during our lease and move-in process. She patiently answered all of our questions and made everything feel easy. We really appreciated her kindness, especially when she surprised us with a thoughtful gift on move-in day. It was a great experience working with her!
Be cautious of unreliable rental pricing advice. Our experience with Move Zen was disappointing, particularly due to the confrontational behavior of June Harris, who became confrontational when we simply asked whether their suggested price for our unit considered the neighborhood's amenities. We ended up renting the unit quickly, a month after closing, for $195 more than Move Zen’s highest recommendation. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
