Been working with Movezen for about 6 years and never had an issue. I understand the rental process can be complex. That is why I trust and rely on move zen. Ralph, Katie and Erika Daniels are very professional and great to work with. Erika is very responsive not just with owners but with tenants too. We have been able to take care of most repairs in under 24 hours. Except for the one that had an hoa involved but that’s a story for another time.

I’ve been renting since 2023 and I have never had a problem. Anytime I ever need maintenance it is always prompt and the maintenance men are always nice and respectful. Katie is so sweet and I enjoy renting from them.
