I was having really quite sharp and uncomfortable neck pain for the past 2 weeks. I saw the team at Movewell and with their massage and dry needling along with getting in touch with my GP to discuss what best medication would help with my muscle inflammation. Following these 3 treatments my neck feels significantly better and I am so appreciative for their care and making the effort to contact my GP
