I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. A sincere thank you to Yasha, Nick, Rach, Cath, and the entire team for their exceptional support throughout my rehabilitation. The group sessions were excellent—expertly tailored to my specific needs and challenging enough that I was working up a sweat by the end of each session. Thanks to their dedicated guidance, I was able to successfully make my debut with AJAX FC last week. They are professionals who genuinely care about getting their clients back to peak performance.
I went to see Movewell team for my low back and I found his treatment and care exceptional. Yasha is very knowledgeable and has helped to strengthen my core to manage back pain. I would strongly recommend Yasha.
