Terrible experience. Upon completion they never sent the receipt or invoice detailing the move. They just draft the amount which was WAY OVER the estimated amount and incorrect given the time they spent on the move and almost 3 weeks later and after multiple requests for the receipt they still have not sent it. They are also impossible to get ahold of and never return your calls or messages. Absolutely pathetic show of customer service.
Beware of Move That Stuff if they’re also storing for you. Hard to get in touch with anyone and always an excuse when you finally do. Patrick does not deliver on guarantee. They lost a large curio cabinet, found it after more than a week, and have been waiting on delivery. Patrick kept saying he’s going to call with date and never did. Now ignoring calls, text, and email. Will have to sue to get compensation for item. What a shame to be so unprofessional when you touted yourself as a veteran that could be depended on
Snoop and Eric were super kind and attentive. They put everything exactly where I wanted it and was careful with my items. They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped. The owner was very helpful with setting up the move. Will be calling them again for the next move.
If I could give them a 10 I would! Look no further, by far the BEST movers in the Tulsa area!! A+++++
Had them scheduled for today. No call/no show and now their phones are disconnected/out of service.
