From the start of the buying process to the final closing, Shawn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the process of buying a 100+ year old home. Through his negotiation tactics I was able to save a SIGNIFICANT amount of money off the purchase price, and convinced me to save even more when negotiating what to be fixed by the seller after the home inspection.
