We are a small gym that specializes in giving our members one-on-one care. We offer a full service weight room, cardio equipment, Zumba, Pilates, yoga, Step and other classes. We also have personal training at a reasonable rate. Movement Unlimited Fitness Center is not an ordinary gym. We provide one-on-one trainers for persons with special needs. For our patrons with disabilities, we have one hour sessions available for reservation.

By far the best Gym I've ever joined. The owner Linda is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about helping each of her member achieve their goals. The kindness and compassion she demonstrates with her special needs clients is amazing. The mellow atmosphere makes my work outs more focused and much more enjoyable. My brother is a member of the gym. Sometimes I go with and everyone is very nice and accommodating. Clean environment.
