I was introduced to Movement Revolution's by UCSF neurology who at the time sponsored a 6 month clinical trial to study the effects of how extreme exercise can help Parkinson's Disease patients. For me, the program was very helpful with managing my condition. After completing the study I decided to stay on with Movement Revolution's online training program for another year. Movement Revolution took me from paraplegia to walking again. Recovering from a spinal cord injury. Everyone is skilled in neuro development and a pleasure to work with. It’s an enjoyable gym!
I have been going to movement revolution for 2 and 1/2 years. The people there are amazing. I go to the Chicago gym. My coachs are Matt, Jeff and Connor. They are all great. They communicate well together and have taken me from a electric wheelchair to walking with a walker. I've walked as much as 7, 000 ft. Also can't say enough about Eric and Christina. They've helped me along the way.
