I cannot speak highly enough of Zac from Movement Rehabilitation at Leichhardt. Zac has helped me immensely in the recovery of my patella fracture. After only three sessions the strength and flexibility of my knee has significantly improved. My balance and walking are also so much better. This gym is a gem. Class sizes limited to four people. Means you get personalised assistance with program that is designed for you. The team is very people focused. I usually need an exercise to be demonstrated to me several times and Zac and Tristan always ensure that I am doing the exercises correctly. Highly recommended.
Movement Rehabilitation is a great gym. Zac, Tristan and James are very kind people, genuine, professional, knowledgeable, they are friendly and approachable, and I've found them helpful when I've needed assistance.
