What a tremendous difference in my body since I have been training with Paula. After only two sessions with her my lower backpain which has plagued me for countless years is completely gone. Paula listens, is supportive, and she is incredibly welll trained and informed . I feel for the first time in years that I am moving in the right direction!

Paula has an exceptional ability both to tune in to where your body is in the moment and to keep her eye on the way it evolves over time. It’s a pleasure and an inspiration to work with her.
