As a very active older adult, this is one of the best physical therapy practices I've encountered in Asheville. Why am I a repeat customer? The physical therapists are personable, great listeners and communicators, and they tailor my physical therapy treatment to support my specific goals. For example, I lift weights, so the range of motion and weight I want my shoulder to support might be different from the standard protocol. They tailor my rehab accordingly. I highly recommend Movement for Life Physical Therapy.
