The most welcoming gym around! I love that the 5am classes start right on time and end on time it lets me kickstart my day with a great workout and still get to work on time, every time. The coaches are encouraging, the community is amazing! I actually look forward to showing up daily.
If you look for a class that’s fun energizing, and a good motivation to work out you cannot go wrong with the bailongo class. It’s everything I hoped it would be. And it has been a great class to reintroduce myself to the world of fitness. It is a fun class but it is also very challenging and if you try you WILL be sweating by the end of it. The instructor Ortiz is wonderful encouraging and energetic. I will always now do a class if she teaches it.
The environment at Movement Fitness is unlike anything else! There is so much support and camaraderie in every single class and the results speak for themselves. I’ve worked out here for 3+ years and have always felt challenged and wanting to go back for more. Still here in November of 2023 & still loving it! Almost 9 years with this crew and it’s the best!
I am not exaggerating when I say this gym has changed my life. The trainers are all top notch people. The fact that the workouts are all scaleable meant that I was challenged from day one, but also never felt like it was so over my ability level that it was impossible. Probably best of all is that the community is unmatched when it comes to the level of support, encouragement, and fun. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!
