As far as the facility and equipment go, this is a great gym. Unfortunately, the way management handled my account completely ruined what had been a positive experience. Before moving out of state, I spoke with an employee at the gym and explained that I would be relocating and would only need my membership through the end of the month. I was told my membership would be canceled. Months later, I discovered they had continued billing me anyway. Then I received a call informing me that I supposedly owed them money.
