This is a great gym! It's bright and airy. There is plenty of equipment, which looks new and well maintained. The manager, Rob,is super friendly, as are the PTs. I bought day passes, which were excellent value for money. If you live in Lincoln or are just stopping for a short time, give it a try!

Everyone at Movement Academy is great, so friendly and always willing to help you. The facility is clean, not crowded and the equipment is top notch. I work with a trainer - Johnny and have been absolutely impressed with the instruction and assistance that he has given me. I really feel better and look forward to my workouts now. I would highly recommend Movement Academy and Johnny for a workout facility/ training. They treat you right!
