Was in town for only a couple days and found this place. They offer day passes and have all the space and equipment you could need.
Awesome gym for anyone visiting (and probably living in) Lincoln. Tons of high quality racks/machines/free weights & space to use them. Rob was extremely accommodating and day passes were well priced as well — good for a calendar day. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Lincoln
I absolutely love everything about Movement Academy. Super cool vibes. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The machines we amazing and different than most gyms. Def will be back.
Absolutely loved this gym. Dropped in for a workout while in town for a short time and had everything I needed to workout how I wanted. Employees were extremely welcoming and helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting or living in Lincoln.
