Tatyana B. is outstanding as a personal trainer! She really knows her stuff and can direct your routine to fit your interests such as golf or tennis! She really cares about you and makes sure what you doing is done right so you don’t hurt yourself. She also doesn’t treat older people like invalids! She respects you!
Rob and his staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely take the time to get to know members, which makes a huge difference. For those searching for training; what I appreciate most is the personalized approach that the staff incorporates. In my experience, Matt V doesn’t just hand you a generic routine and walk away. Instead, he helps you find something that actually fits your goals and keeps you motivated.
Excellent workout place in the Haymarket with lots of options! Staff was very helpful and friendly, accommodating to my schedule.
One of the best personal trainers I have ever had the pleasure of training along side. Very knowledgeable in exercises, muscles and nerves. My wife and I are in our mid-70’s and they kept us going. We would still be training with them except me moved.
