This is a great gym! It's bright and airy. There is plenty of equipment, which looks new and well maintained. The manager, Rob,is super friendly, as are the PTs. I bought day passes, which were excellent value for money. If you live in Lincoln or are just stopping for a short time, give it a try!

Everyone at Movement Academy is great, so friendly and always willing to help you. The facility is clean, not crowded and the equipment is top notch. I work with a trainer - Johnny and have been absolutely impressed with the instruction and assistance that he has given me. I really feel better and look forward to my workouts now. I would highly recommend Movement Academy and Johnny for a workout facility/ training. They treat you right!
Needed a gym while I was in town on vacation. Movement Academy was walking distance from my hotel. Decided to check it out. Found it to be one of the nicest cleanest gym that I have found on all of my travels. Chris was so inviting. Treated my like a member. Highly recommend!
Great place for drop in barbell strength training. Went on Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 8 am and never had to wait for a barbell. Great drop in rates as well 1 for $10 or 3 for $20 when I visited. Thank you for making my work trip so much better!
