Have been to Movement 101 for a few sports injuries. I've seen Adam and Danny. Both are exceptionally knowledgeable and have resolved all issues. They are committed to finding, diagnosing and fixing the problem as efficiently as possible, and are not just making money and booking appts for the sake of it. I'd highly recommend for anyone needing a decent physio in the area.
Sam R. at Movement 101 is awesome. He really took the time to listen to what was going on, what I wanted to get out of physio, and made sure all my questions/concerns were answered. He's also happy to answer any questions via email between appointments. I feel way more confident getting back into exercise now.

Rebecca has been fantastic in providing support and intervention for our teenage son’s shoulder issues as a result of sport. She is knowledgeable, has connected in with his coach without us having to ask and most importantly has an amazing skill at connecting with teens whilst also involving parents. I highly recommend her.
