I managed to hurt my neck several months ago (the result, no doubt, of a rapidly-approaching 40th birthday, and a gargantuan toddler who insists, most vociferously, on being carried everywhere). I had three sessions with Sam, and am now feeling wholly better, with the bonus of an improved range of motion in my neck. Thank you, Sam!
A great local physio. I had a great experience with Sam – he was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my concerns. His treatment made a big difference in my recovery - would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a helpful and approachable physio.
Have been to Movement 101 for a few sports injuries. I've seen Adam and Danny. Both are exceptionally knowledgeable and have resolved all issues. They are committed to finding, diagnosing and fixing the problem as efficiently as possible, and are not just making money and booking appts for the sake of it. I'd highly recommend for anyone needing a decent physio in the area.
Sam R. at Movement 101 is awesome. He really took the time to listen to what was going on, what I wanted to get out of physio, and made sure all my questions/concerns were answered. He's also happy to answer any questions via email between appointments. I feel way more confident getting back into exercise now.
