We’ve had previous wonderful service over the past 17 years from Movemasters for furniture delivery and set up. They were awesome then; they’re awesome now. Dan was helpful up front in explaining all the variables, the process and the costs for us to have some items moved to storage while we do a quick remodel. Daniel, Liam and Matt were on time, personable, communicative and very respectful of our furniture and our needs.
We are so glad we hired Movemasters for our move! (We were referred by another very satisfied customer). Their customer service and communication before the move was excellent. The team who completed our move was timely, polite, helpful and fit our entire home into one large van! Watching the "Tetris game" of stacking and packing all those boxes and furniture was unreal. What a clusterfurniture! These movers tried to charge $900 to move two pieces of furniture. My coworker and I split the cost between two cards. Easy enough — or so we thought. Instead, they charged my card for the full amount and charged my coworker’s card for her share anyway. Sorting this out felt like arguing with a Magic 8 Ball — every answer was vague and still wrong.
