Great service with touchwood movers
My initial interaction with Priya was fantastic—she provided great, polite, and helpful customer service. Unfortunately, everything went downhill when I received a follow-up call from the representative providing the actual quote. When I politely let him know that the quote was over my budget and thanked him for his time, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.
