Kelly does a great job at making the group workout personalized for you. She knows when to push me and when to adjust. It's a safe, no judging, empowering place to get stronger mentally and physically.
Move4LifeFitness offers something for every woman, seriously! Kelly Hayes knows each of her clients, their abilities, personalities, disabilities, limitations, family dynamics, interests, etc. She, truly, loves being "on this journey with each of us". Although each session is small groups, she manages us as though it's one-on-one. I highly recommend her! I haven't attended any afternoon sessions with Nicole, but I feel confident she shares the same vision as Kelly.
