Movement is the root of athletic excellence. It is also the key to optimal health, fitness and performance. We are not in the athlete business; we are in the movement business. We want to build better movers, better athletes and better performers not just better weight lifters. We are here to teach movement, to inspire more people to move, to coach them to move better, move faster and, most importantly motivate them to move every day.

I’m 62 years old and I’ve been doing classes at Move365 since September 2021. The facilities and staff are great. The classes are challenging and always varied to keep it interesting. The philosophy is that we are training for life. The goal is to train so that we can do anything that we want to outside of the gym. Well equipped fitness and wellness facility. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of parking and easy access.
Phil is a great instructor! My son tried in January, and stays with his training ever since. The strength and conditioning training is super helpful!
I have been using the services offered there since inception and have only great things to say.
